Corky's Catering

We hired Corky's Catering for our wedding at Promontory Point, and are so glad we did. Kristina was phenomenal from start to finish - she answered all of our emails and phone calls promptly and helped us put together the perfect menu. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were extraordinarily polite and helpful throughout. We would definitely recommend Corky's Catering for any Chicago-area event!

I can't say enough about Corky's. There in house staff was top notch and very helpful. They catered both our wedding reception and breakfast the next day. Food was outstanding! Tons of compliments from all in attendance. They were prompt in delivering on both days. We spent extra and hired servers for dinner, and it was the best money we spent. These people went above and beyond to make the experience flawless. Tons of left over food, so plan on feeding a small crowd afterwards. We would definitely use and recommend them without reservations.

Corkys catered our work event for a small group of coworkers for breakfast and lunch. We had breakfast on Tuesday morning and the eggs, bacon, and sausage were a hit, however, they provided a French toast bake that had great flavor but was extremely soggy and way too eggy. For the people that were brave enough to eat it, we all got sick same day. Whole office was running out of their seats to the bathroom. It was like the egg was uncooked, more like a mushy bread soup than a classic French toast bake. Wednesday we got lunch catered and I was a bit disappointed to say the least. The salad was bland with only iceberg and shredded carrots. Chicken had decent reviews from others (I did not try it since I was still sick from the previous day), corn on the cob was over cooked and soggy, and the mashed potatoes tasted very tangy. They weren’t horrible but very different not your normal thought of mashed potatoes. And lastly they had polish sausage cooked In sauerkraut which had a great taste but again, something didn’t sit right with me and a few others and still have stomach issues on a Thursday. If used as a caterer in the future, I would not participate.

Honestly one of the best vendors for our wedding. Great bar options and SUPER accommodating. Most importantly, the food was off the chain. The chicken breast in lemon sauce… 🤤. Everyone loved it and we got tons of compliments. My uncle wouldn’t stop talking about the green beans too lol. Kristina was an absolute delight to work with and I would recommend Corky’s catering for any big event not just weddings. Cant wait to use them again. Thank you!

We are so happy that we went with Corky's to cater our wedding. Kristina was an absolute dream to work with- so responsive and organized! She attended our walkthrough, came up with the perfect layout for our ceremony and reception, and was so helpful during the planning process. The food at our wedding was great and we have been getting so many compliments on both the passed apps and our plated dinner. Her staff was friendly and respectful and they did such a great job setting up the seating and tables for our ceremony and reception. Would highly recommend using Corky's for your next event!

Our post wedding brunch was DELICIOUS! We were so happy with Corky's Catering! In a time full of a million logistical wedding issues, we never once had an issue with Corky's. We got a great deal, and the food was so good! Our hungover wedding guests were very grateful :) Highly recommend using Corky's for your event! They were so professional, and saved me a whole lot of stress!

Corky's catered our wedding in April 2021 and people are STILL talking about how great the food was and what a great time they had. I rate Corky's a perfect 5/5 because it's not just the food that makes them great. From the tasting, to the planning, to the execution, Corky's was top notch in all areas. They have great staff, great food, and they know exactly how to make a reception enjoyable, memorable, and worry free. We would absolutely use them again.
